Through our founding resolution to offer essentially French products, we wish to highlight the know-how of artisans, producers and manufacturers, who make up the wealth of our national culinary heritage.

Locally, we like to work with local merchants, our friends from Gros-Cailloux, respectful of their commitment in terms of quality and origin of products.

Beyond the 7th, we like to meet our suppliers, follow their journey, listen to their stories, so it is a little of the spirit of the terroirs of France that we offer you to find on your plate.
