Our team
The Vendémiaire team is made up of personalities from very different backgrounds, who come together in the dining room and in the kitchen to offer you the attentive, professional service for which our restaurant is renowned.
Like a small chamber orchestra, each member has his or her place and is essential to ensuring a flawless service and a pleasant moment at our table.
Thank you to the entire kitchen, including, in order of seniority, Moussa, Afida, Carlos (our second-in-command), Enzo, Oumar, Diabi, Erik, Asia (our pastry chef), Lawrence and the latest addition Ignacio.
Thanks also to our wait abriel, Arthur (our assistant manager), Gaël, Omar, Youssouf, Ramzy, Kevin and Mariia.
Not forgetting the old-timers (already) who helped write the first pages of Vendémiaire’s history, we miss you all…
